Our Executive Team
Founder & Group Managing Director
Gavin’s expertise and passion lies in people & business growth. He has been described as being “sociable, charismatic and exceptionally good at building and maintaining relationships. Focused, dedicated, but still conscientious; he inspires and creates a culture of excellence and commitment”.
His career in search & recruitment commenced in the UK before relocating to Sydney in 1998. Gavin was instrumental in developing an ASX listed recruitment business from early inception. At the age of 30 he was appointed Divisional MD, responsible for driving the business strategy, sales, processes and culture – hiring, training and coaching a dedicated team of over 50 Consultants within four offices across Australia. He has created an extensive network and deep relationships with Executives whom have engaged him for search & selection and human capital support and advice for over fifteen years.
Martin is passionate about making a difference to people’s lives and organisational performance. He has a proven track record of leadership and change management in HR, Strategy and Finance; he has held leadership positions at Westfield, Vodafone, Air New Zealand, Burger King and Allied Domecq. Martin now works as an Executive Coach and strategic HR advisor.
Martin transitioned from life counting beans to helping people a number of years ago. He holds a Masters degree in Economics and is a qualified accountant. He studied at AGSM, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds post-graduate qualifications in Counselling & Psychotherapy. He is an accredited Executive Coach, a member of the IECL, a Professional Affiliate of the Australian Psychological Society and is accredited to administer a number of psychometric assessments.
As a well rounded CFO and CEO, Andrew specialises in business turnarounds and start-ups. With more than 20 years experience within the aviation, property, technology and services sectors, Andrew brings a wealth of financial expertise, business insight and commercial nous.
With a passion for business transformation, Andrew’s key skills lie in Strategy, Finance, M&A, Legal, Governance and most importantly People Management. Andrew’s focus is on creating value for business shareholders and employees alike, delivered with an equal dose of fun along the way. Beyond the day to day, Andrew has guest lectured on Finance & Business Management at UNSW, is an active member of the Eastern Suburbs Chapter of ‘men punching above their weight’ and holds a Bachelor of Economics and Master of Business Administration.

We are a tight family. Having known each other for over ten years, many times we found ourselves discussing and debating sport, business, leadership, and careers both in the boardroom and the odd bar or two!! Whilst we have rarely agreed on the first of these, we have always believed there exists opportunities to create value in the human capital industry overall.
As individuals we have all been extremely passionate about realising opportunities since an early age. As a team we are excited about our partnership and our plans, we intend to have heaps of fun along the way.
