WHAT WE DO?
GROWTH
@the edge is an invitation-only development opportunity for high-potential emerging leaders tracking toward enterprise leadership roles. Each session brings a small group together, twenty in the room, with one senior guest speaker for an open and honest conversation about the real decisions, challenges and inflection points that shape a leadership career. The format is deliberately practical, peer-led and time-efficient: less stage-and-panel, more candid insight from someone who has actually done the job. For attendees, it’s senior-leader access, practical learning and genuine networking in a single morning.
Note: This is an invitation-only series. We welcome enquiries from organisations who would like to nominate a high-potential team member, and from executives interested in speaking at a future session.

MENTORING
This Invitation only program will help shape and grow future executive leaders. Our innovative approach enables up and coming professionals access to leading external executives that are passionate about supporting the development of top talent. Sponsoring organisations nominate their top talent to the program as potential mentees. A select number only are in turn matched with an external executive mentor based on their development needs, backgrounds, compatibility and chemistry.
