Mentoring

This Invitation only programme will help shape and grow future executive leaders. Our innovative approach enables up and coming professionals access to leading external executives that are passionate about supporting the development of top talent. Sponsoring organisations nominate their top talent to the programme as potential mentees. A select number only are in turn matched with an external executive mentor based on their development needs, backgrounds, compatibility and chemistry.

Note: This is an invitation only programme. However, we welcome enquiries from sponsoring firms and leading executives that are interested in becoming ‘future’ mentors throughout the year.

Coaching

We stretch leaders thinking to achieve what previously thought to be impossible. A structured coaching program enables them to react to changing business environments and circumstances.
